What forms of payment do you accept?
We will accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal or you may pay with your paypal account.

Do I need to have a paypal account to make a purchase?
No, you may pay with your credit or debit card.

How secure is your store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How long after making my purchase do you ship?
As soon as I recieve payment, I will aim to have shipped your item within 48 hours.

How long will my purchase take to arrive and what does it cost?
The arrival of your purchase will vary depending on your destination.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.

How will my purchase be packaged?
Each piece of jewellery will come inside a velvet pouch or box depending on stock available and placed within a small gift bag and finished with a tied bow.

What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds only exchanges.

Please note that the return postage is at your own expense.

All items are checked prior to being shipped. If the item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48hours of receiving it so we can arrange for it to be returned for a refund or exchange.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase before sending anything back. When returning a package to us we highly recommend obtaining a receipt of postage for the package and ensuring it is insured properly as we can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post upon it's return to us.
